We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that returns for holiday-specific decor must be initiated at least 10 days before December 25th to qualify for a full refund.
Do your artificial trees come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our premium artificial Christmas trees come with a 3-year limited warranty covering the frame and a 1-year limited warranty on the integrated LED lighting systems.
